Course Overview
The CPR and First Aid Training Course is designed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently and effectively in medical emergencies. This program provides hands-on instruction in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and basic first aid techniques, empowering learners to provide immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives.
Participants will learn how to assess an emergency situation, apply correct first aid procedures, and perform CPR for adults, children, and infants in accordance with international guidelines.
Course Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
Understand the principles and priorities of first aid.
Perform CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) for adults, children, and infants.
Recognize and respond to cardiac arrest, choking, bleeding, shock, burns, and fractures.
Manage unconscious or non-breathing casualties safely.
Apply first aid for workplace injuries and common medical emergencies.
Demonstrate how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) correctly.
Maintain personal safety and follow the DRSABC (Danger, Response, Send for help, Airway, Breathing, Circulation) approach.
