My professional journey has taken me from high-risk operational environments to executive leadership, including the privilege of serving the world’s largest Energy and Chemical company, where safety is not just a policy, but a way of life.
Holding the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation, the gold standard in safety certification, I have built my career on the belief that effective training is the cornerstone of a strong safety culture. I’ve seen firsthand that when people are properly trained, empowered, and engaged, incidents can be prevented, lives can be protected, and operations can thrive.
